Terms of Use
Last Updated: May 13, 2026
By accessing, downloading, subscribing to, or using the Infinite Flow website, mobile applications, digital programs, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Infinite Flow website located at infiniteflow.app and the “Infinite Flow – Pilates” applications available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Definitions
“Infinite Flow”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Infinite Flow – Pilates. “Service” refers to the website, mobile applications, workout programs, subscriptions, digital products, videos, classes, community features, and all related content and functionality. “User”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person accessing or using the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, purchase subscriptions, or participate in paid programs. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Infinite Flow provides Pilates, mobility, stretching, wellness, lifestyle, and educational content for informational and fitness purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or other health complications. Participation in workouts, classes, or fitness activities available through the Service is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, have cardiovascular conditions, or other medical concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Flow shall not be responsible for injuries, health complications, damages, or losses arising from use of the Service.
Subscriptions & Billing
Infinite Flow offers recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases through the website, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing frequencies may include monthly, quarterly, or annual plans. Payments processed through Apple or Google are subject to the applicable platform billing rules. Website payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You authorize Infinite Flow and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges associated with your subscription or purchase.
Refund Policy
Because the Service consists primarily of digital content and immediately accessible programs, refunds are generally not provided once access to digital content has been granted, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle users to refunds for unused subscription periods.
Digital Content & Immediate Access
By purchasing subscriptions, programs, or digital content through the Service, you expressly consent to receiving immediate access to digital content and services. You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, such access may affect certain statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that would otherwise apply to digital purchases.
Restrictions
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, modify, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Service without prior written authorization from Infinite Flow. You may not:
- Share account credentials with others
- Upload malicious code
